Moderate Yoga + Meditation: Finding Strength and Stillness
Each Sunday we gather to sit quietly, unwinding tension in the mind and deeply listening to what arises in the heart. We'll move through a moderate asana practice, connecting breath with movement, stretching and toning the body. The class is well-rounded with energizing standing postures, back bends, and twists. We'll then wind down together with gentle inversions, forward folds, and hip openers. This practice leaves you with a sense of gratitude and grace.
