Class begins with a restorative pose to quiet the mind and body.Then we work with chairs, blocks and on mats in a modified practice that will simulate a studio practice. Learn how structural and postural patterns lead to back pain. By strengthening and lengthening the spine and muscles in the body we can break those patterns. We close with a restorative pose and breath work.  It will be helpful for the student to have on hand a chair, two blocks, two blankets or towels, one strap or sash, and a few wash cloths.
