Here is Today's Reflection:

I Crave Healthy Food
 
I love the taste of delicious whole foods. I prefer healthy food to French fries, chips, ice cream, or sweet treats.
 
Nutritious foods give me the energy I need to enjoy the activities I love. I increase my chances of living a longer and more fulfilling life. 
 
I prepare my own meals and snacks. I control the ingredients that go into my body. I cut down on added sugar and salt, and season my dishes with fresh herbs or lemon.
 
I read labels. I keep up with the latest studies on health and nutrition. I learn to spot hidden sources of sugar and distinguish between healthy and unhealthy fats.
 
I eat a wide variety of foods. Experimenting with new recipes makes dinner more interesting and enjoyable. Eating an assortment of foods that re right for my body also helps to ensure that I cover my nutritional needs.
 
I keep it simple and stress-free. I focus on eating well most of the time instead of demanding perfection. I allow myself occasional treats.
 
Today, I train myself to crave the foods that my body needs to stay fit and strong. A healthy diet helps me to manage my weight and enhance the quality of my life.
