You can expect to find a combination of traditional Pilates exercises and creative variations so that no two classes are the same.

Yoga classes provide an opportunity to move beyond the physical aspect of moving, and include different breathing techniques and meditations. Various aspects of Yoga philosophy provide the read thread for each class. 

Precise and clear instructions in every class will help you tap deep into yourself and encourage self-discovery.
