Forearm plank to side plank
KB halos
KB push presses
Workout:
Suspension trainer mountain climbers (decline mtn climbers are a great option - put your feet on a bench or your couch)
Chest fly with core focus
Banded triceps kickbacks
Slam ball burpee
Bicep pressouts
KB high pull
bear crawl with weights
speed ladder drills (can replace with your fav cardio burst)
