Two sets - you choose your journey here! 

First set is more movement prep, follow along to activate the right muscles for your main set! 

Set 2: 
100 triceps (you can choose) - plank as a "break" 
50 weighted lunges - shin boxes as a "break" 
40 rows - bicycles/crunches as a "break 
30 side plank hip dips (each side)
20 devils presses 
10 spiderman plank 

climb back up the tree if you get to the bottom!
