** If you do not have this setup at home - you can anchor a long band to the bottom of your couch, stairs, bed, etc. If you do not have a long band, use a single heavy dumbbell for single sided resistance! 

Every day is leg day at PSF, but these classes are more focused on bringing your lower body to fatigue. As always, you will never do the same workout twice and you will finish feeling stronger than when you started!
