Yin Yoga- Open Heart; Open Hips

In this class, we’ll spend time in poses designed to gently open the heart and release tension from the hips. These areas often become tight from forward-focused activities like working at a desk, texting, or scrolling on social media. Together, we’ll explore soothing ways to release the chest, shoulders, and hips, freeing the energy in your heart center. With an open heart, you can reconnect to the hope and love within. Plus, this month, Mikey the Doberman will be joining us to add an extra dose of calm and joy to our yin practice!
