This all-levels class is designed to release tension in the hips and lower back, leaving you feeling open, stretched, and deeply relaxed. Inspired by a sequence I learned from Erich Schiffman in my first yoga teacher training, this practice is accessible to everyone and offers gentle yet effective movements to support mobility and ease.
Props needed: A yoga strap or a belt from a bathrobe.
