The Fiery ONE (65 min)
A dynamic, Vinyasa flow experience that is intentional, fun, and guided by the rhythm of the breath. You will be challenged both physically and mentally, with functional exercises towards gaining optimal movement patterns. Learn to efficiently breathe and fire up the core muscles, and integrate the core to all movements with strength, stability, mobility, and adaptability, with modifications to suit all levels. Expect lots of movement, dharma, joy, and to break a sweat. Suggested props: yoga mat, 2 blocks, yoga strap/belt, towels/yoga blanket.
