Our prenatal class is a space for moms-to-be to breathe, move, and connect. Guided with knowledgeable instruction, these classes use yoga, pranayama, pelvic floor awareness, and mindfulness exercises to address the specific needs of the pregnant body and prepare it physically and emotionally for birth and postpartum. Women at all stages of pregnancy are welcome, and no prior yoga experience is necessary. Recommended props: 2 yoga blocks, 1 blanket, 1 bolster/pillow, 1 strap/belt/scarf.
