This class is designed for both the athlete up against tightness who wish to build improved stability, balance, and flexibility, as well as those who are experiencing limitations due to restricted range of motion and physical conditions or injuries. We will work to gain mobility, increase range of motion, stretch connective tissue to reduce pain, nourish muscles and nerves, and keep the body and mind vital and strong. Great for beginners and students of all capabilities.
