DYNAMIC yoga creates a fluid connection between your mind, body and awareness through asana (posture), intentional breathing and Persian-style strength training (pahlavan). With an emphasis on self healing and growth, you will work with core strength and challenging postures to allow energetic releases in the specific areas of our body most congested with anxiety, stress and self-doubt. You will leave feeling more connected to your awareness, your breath and what you're seeking to cultivate in your practice.
