This class begins standing with very gentle movement and then we come to the floor for a Yoga Nidra practice.

In this class, we use techniques: settling/initial relaxation, body rotation and/or rotation of consciousness, breath and energy awareness, and visualization that lead to the state of consciousness known as Yoga Nidra. This experience creates space to rest or journey deep within.
