Yin Yoga is the yoga of the joints, glands and connective tissue.It is the yoga of depth and stillness. In this practice, expect to hold seated or supine poses for a period of time (2-5 minutes). Applying gentle but consistent pressure on the joints translates into release throughout all layers of the body, bringing a wider range of motion and peace of mind. Each week, we will explore a yoga philosophy topic as we hold the poses.
