This all-level class will include deep stretching and movement to stimulate the joints and the glands followed by a few rounds of Moon Salutations and Meditation. Expect to stretch for 20 minutes and flow gently for about 20 minutes, creating purifying heat in the body and melting tension away before settling in for about 20 minutes of deep body awareness and meditation practice leading you to deep relaxation.
