Objectives:
Increase the length of your leg from the root of the thigh to the foot through a series of asanas with some functional modifications. Asanas include: variations of eka pada raja kapotasana (leg action only), urdhva prasarita eka padasana, adho mukha vrksasnana, sirsasana, parsva sirsasana, halasana, parsva sirsasana.
