Objectives:
Establish the earth element in the legs. Appreciate the density, solidity and ground the legs provide to the body's structure. Move with the undulating rhythm of the breath to bring space to the truck and sides. Asanas include: parsvakonasana, trikonasana, ardha chandrasana, urdhva prasarita eka padasana, vimanasana, parivrtta trikonasana, virabhadrasana 3, parivrtta ardha chandrasana, adho mukha svanasana, uttanasana, sirsasana and sarvangasana with eka pada variations.
