The emphasis of this class is on the sacral lift in sitting into standing poses. The benefit of this action can be felt most clearly in the inversions at the end. Asanas include: lateral standing poses, vrksasana, ardha padmasana, eka hasta bhujasana, paschimottanasana, sirsasana and sarvangasana.
