This class was so much fun to do with you, and I was sore as heck the next day. You can expect lots of glute and leg strengthening, but of course we'll have lots of cun core and cardio moments. Some highlights include squats on the block, glute work to "Bounce Back" by Big Sean, and pigeon pose to stretch it all out at the end.
