A cohesive style combining various yoga traditions. This class will provide explanation of correct form, alignment and breath, and help you develop a solid foundation for your yoga practice. This yoga class is perfect for students of all levels.

This practice includes Sun Salutations, a series of standing postures threaded together, balancing poses, prone poses, seated poses, and reclined poses meant to stretch the quadriceps and the buttocks.

All levels welcome
