This class offers a therapeutic approach to asana and human movement. Special attention is give to be sure each student is placed into the asana’s in a safe way for their body, which may include props, chairs or the wall. Human movement exercises are included to prepare the body for asana and relaxation.

This class is beginner friendly and people with injuries are welcome
