Longer held yin poses give way to the deepest layers of the body- targeting joints, ligaments, tendons and fascia. A fluid flow guides release of the tension we've unlocked. The combination allowing prana to move freely, energetically spacious in body and mind.
Our practice will end with a yoga nidra meditation, sinking you into total rest and relaxation.
This 90 minute session is open to all levels, infused with essential oils and calming music to further unravel and untangle.
