This class offers an active deep stretch to improve circulation through tight, sore muscles and increase mobility/range of motion. We will use long active holds of a posture, coupled with active release techniques using trigger point release, foam and ball rolling, resistance bands, and more. Active recovery is a fundamental piece of the puzzle when it comes to building strength, opening flexibility, and feeling better over all in all the ways we ask our bodies to move — from the mundane getting up in the morning to the sweaty work outs and even into our quality of sleep.
