This class is specifically designed for the fitness enthusiast already working out regularly, but looking for a way to improve performance through yoga.
The class is set in a warm environment with uplifting music. The beginning of class is a playful Vinyasa Flow to improve mobility, coordination, and strength. Then we stoke the fire by holding poses for longer to work on balance, core strength, and connecting deeply to your breath. The second half of class we get low and relaxed as we use yin and restorative poses to improve flexibility and support healing. A regular yoga practice will make you a more well-rounded athlete and help you to manage stress. So whether you identify as a sports athlete, weight lifter, CrossFit, runner, swimmer, dancer, or any active person, this class is for you.
