Going back to basics with Mason
Calling all yogis, beginners through advanced, to go back to basics with me in this open level, foundational Vinyasa flow. This strong and stretchy flow explores both the physical and metaphorical foundations of a yoga practice, and by doing so, invites students to practice being fully present in the current moment. By slowing down and returning to foundations that we often move through too quickly in a fast-paced or overwhelming environment, this class brings awareness to intentionality we can apply to the way we move our bodies on the mat and out in the world.
