This open level vinyasa class focuses on bringing balance to the body and mind. We will explore postures that test our balance, and we will observe the different opposing directions of action and energy flow that allow us to find centered stability. Throughout the class, we will also call attention to the balance between hard work and easy enjoyment that naturally lives in yoga practice
