After moving to Tribeca twenty years ago, I stumbled upon a premie Kula on the way to the train. I went, was hands down hooked by the first hip opener, and the rest is history. I started teaching at Kula in 2005 ...
(Suggested props: 2 blocks and a bolster if you have one OR you can do this class with no props!)

Explore your shoulders in many different rotations and relationships to your trunk, which will bring more intelligence to your upper back and prepare you for binds or backbends should you choose. You will take this work into a headstand variation and finish class with a supported fish.
