Finding alignment in yoga is a multilayered process. Most commonly considered from the musculoskeletal perspective, alignment is also found through other body-systems. Whole-body alignment involves the synergistic relationship between all body-mind systems.
Our every cell is inherently awake and alive. Each cell brings life and movement to our form. Cells create body-systems and each system expresses its own unique qualities of intelligence and consciousness. The neuroendocrine weave is a body-mind system with far reaching supports. The glandular bodies provide tangible levity and spaciousness throughout body and mind. They interrelate with the fascial system and support our bones.

An intimate student of Bonnie's for 20 years, Patty draws upon her 40 years of serious practice and teaching to synthesize Bonnie's work into yoga. Her methods are straightforward and clear. Patty calls this process Embodyoga®.
