This class explores traditional and non traditional bandha (seal) and a whole lot of breath work. You will strengthen and stretch your wrists; explore the centers of the hands and the feet; visit uddiyana and jalandhara bandha, kapalabati and bhastrika or bellows breath. The formal shapes to follow are warrior 2, triangle and side angle. Your inversion is a handstand or a standing straddle forward fold. You will close with a backbend and some release for the inner thighs and outer hips. Voila!
