Now that the chill of Winter has set in, our muscles tend to contract while we hug into ourselves to keep warm. To that end, this class offers a slow moving sequence that will hopefully thaw out and traction space in your hips. We progress towards half lotus (ardha padmasana) in the final 15 minutes of class, with other options offered for those not folding their legs in that way today.

(Int) We used to think that an hour was way too short for a yoga class, and then we discovered the Kula Hour: A 65 minute straight up shot of all the good stuff. (Of course a Kula hour lasts just a little longer than a NYC hour.) For 60 minutes we have at it, Kula style. 5 minutes of blissful rest follow.
