This super quickie has exactly zero weight bearing on the arms and wrists, so if you're recovering from an upper body injury (or just want to take a break from plank and chaturanga for a moment) this class will be your jam. Heavy focus on the inner hips and core through the flow section of class and then some sweet holds to counterbalance at the end.
