The masks of yoga both reveal and conceal. The yogi wears many faces, each another facet of the yoga diamond. These classes will present the Yogi as Sage, The Yogi as Devotee, The Yogi as Servant, and The Yogi as Mystic. It's easy to see these archetypal energies as expressions of Jnana, Bhakti, Karma, and Raja Yogas.

Each class will begin with an exposition of yoga dharma with respect to each of these margas, or paths to the divine, followed by an asana class highlighting poses than clarify the mind, open the heart, strengthen our discipline, and promote stillness and peace.
