(Suggested Props: You can do this class with no props or grab 2 blocks OR any chair-Iyengar or from your kitchen!)

There is no better way to start the day than lift and open the front body (which tends to shrink, compress and depress throughout the day). In this class you will open and prep the front body and shoulders for backbends, do a forearm stand or handstand, ardha chandrasana, sun salutations and a full wheel practice. Then rest!
