Sidebody opening is the best.  It sets up expansion of the chest, extension of the spine, dept of twisting and space for the breath. A strap is cool tool for creating dynamism for all of these actions and putting a satisfying twist on open twists.  A perfect quickie for a fall afternoon.  (Starring my persimmon tree, with cameos from my orange tabby Spice.)
