Kula Quickie: 30 Minute Flow

This class is both vigorous and grounding. We start off low to the earth in a squat. There is ample time for building heat through some warriors and we eventually play with crow pose and camel. The final sequence explores tree and half moon before we come to some quieter shapes down on the floor.
