This class targets some really funky articulations for lateral flexion of the spine, and aBduction of the hip.  Get ready to strengthen the whole side of your body.  Don't even trip, we'll incorporate some really juicy stretches as well, promise.  

(Int) This class incorporates end-range strength training into Yoga asana.  Expect to learn targeted mobility exercises for the various joints of the body, and how they can be used to leverage and improve the poses we practice.
