Learn how to practice poses safely and effectively in a series of classes designed for therapeutic benefits. This class will support students of all levels with minor ailments or injuries. Teachers will learn how to modify poses for their students, including the use of props. Each class will be designed to treat a specific area of the body such as:
Back Care; Women’s Care; Digestive Care; Feet, Knees and Hips; Hands, Arms and Shoulders; Shoulders and Neck.
Prior to the first class, each registered student will be asked to fill out a Google survey to assess your individual needs and questions.
