Banded Backbends

Banded Backends: Strengthen and open your triceps, chest, hip flexors, glutes, and spine while harnessing your core with this fun banded backbend class that leads to dancer and bow variations.

Bands used in this class: 1 two loop band, 2 mini loop bands (1 of lighter resistance, 1 of a heavier resistance), 1 one loop band.
*Other props: 2 blocks, 1 blanket.

Banded Kula Flow is a special class that combines the Kula Flow style yoga you love with strength + mobility exercises—all with resistance bands!
