As the Holidays begin to rage around us, we need to be crafty to stay sane. I've crafted this superquickie for after the kids (or in-laws) are in bed (or locked onto their devices).
Super simple, strong, straightforward flow. Room to make it your own. A perfect evening nightcap. (Maybe even brush your teeth before you practice in your PJs - and slip right into bed for Savasana.) Of course you are welcome to imbibe any time of day.
