If you have 2 blocks and a wall grab them, but if you don't have the props you can still easily do this class! We will put the blocks under the hands and feet at the wall for poses like down dog, plank, uttansana and a squat. You will also do a warrior 2, a moon salutation and sun salutations to prep you for a backbend later in class. You will stand and balance on blocks (or not!)  and do a handstand where you can up level yourself if you choose. It's a fun one!
