(Recommended Props: 2 blocks, 1 blanket and 1 strap)

All things start in the gut! You will start on a belly roll, and move into some twists and breath kriyas+bandha to continue abdominal awareness. You will also explore strengthening the back of the shoulder as well as increasing your range in the joint so you can more effectively get upside down. 

(Intermediate/advanced). Kula Flow is vinyasa (or flow) style yoga with an emphasis on creativity and alignment. Classes are inventive and thoughtful sequences of sun salutations, standing & seated postures, back bending, and inversions —guided by a steady breath to tone and calm the mind. Most teachers also use bandha work to open and strengthen the inner body.
