Kula Hour: Hit It From All Angles

After moving to Tribeca eighteen years ago, I stumbled upon a premie Kula on the way to the train. I went, was hands down hooked by the first hip opener, and the rest is history. I started teaching at Kula in 200...
(Suggested props: 2 blocks OR a chair if you have one! Note that you CAN do this class without a chair.)

This is a well rounded class that will hit backbends, side body, inner thighs, a bit of bandha, standing poses, standing balances, handstands and a supported shoulder stand. There will be some direction with the chair if you have one but I will give instruction of what to do with other props if you don't have a chair. You will feel awakened and alive throughout your whole being! 

(Int) We used to think that an hour was way too short for a yoga class, and then we discovered the Kula Hour: A 65 minute straight up shot of all the good stuff. (Of course a Kula hour lasts just a little longer than a NYC hour.) For 60 minutes we have at it, Kula style. 5 minutes of blissful rest follow.
