After moving to Tribeca twenty years ago, I stumbled upon a premie Kula on the way to the train. I went, was hands down hooked by the first hip opener, and the rest is history. I started teaching at Kula in 2005 ...
(Suggested props: you can do this class with no props or just 2 blocks if you have them. However! If you happen to have a bolster at home or two blankets to roll into a bolster, grab them! And still have your blocks handy).

This class will prep your shoulders and upper back for inversion free time. You will be ready for any upside down work, whether that be hand/forearm stand, headstand or shoulderstand. You will also have a chance to do a half or full wheel and close with supine gomukasana.
