(Suggested Props: 1 blanket if you like knee padding and 1-2 blocks if you have them. You can do this class with NO props as well!)

Freshen up your front body with sphinx, belly backbends, chest openers, quad stretches and dhanurasana. You will also do a handstand and give attention to your side bodies. Leave feeling awake and renewed!
