Balancing postures bring us There. That's the capital T 'there'. You know where I mean. Not ruminating in yesterday or spiraling into tomorrow.  We play with many balancing postures - mostly on the feet but also the hands - and my hope is that present moment consciousness comes easily in this class.  You will be rewarded with some breath work and a proper savanna.
