This class is full of shapes that help you elongate all three parts of your side bodies, and prepare you for a nice long extended viloma pranayama on the back. You will take two different variations of sirsasana (headstand) as your inversion, work some front body opening in as well as a fair amount of standing poses and a few one legged balancing postures.
