After moving to Tribeca twenty years ago, I stumbled upon a premie Kula on the way to the train. I went, was hands down hooked by the first hip opener, and the rest is history. I started teaching at Kula in 2005 ...
(Suggested props: 1 bolster or something to sit on for the end of class. The rest of class you don't need any props!)

We often forget about the seated postures or run out of time for them at the end. This class has plenty of standing work-with the intention of prepping you for seated postures and "hip opening" related shapes. We start and end seated, and flow and invert in between.
