After moving to Tribeca twenty years ago, I stumbled upon a premie Kula on the way to the train. I went, was hands down hooked by the first hip opener, and the rest is history. I started teaching at Kula in 2005 ...
(Suggested props: 1 blanket, a noncarpeted surface, and if you have two blocks grab them!)

We will wake up tiny muscles that are often sleeping! Specifically around the shoulders and the sides of the body. There will be a focus on trikonasana and the position of the rib basket. You will also do side plank pose with some rib isolation and a handstand practice. You will finish with seated outer hip openers and supta b konasana as we rest together.
