How does utkatsana (chair pose) relate to garudasana (eagle)? And gomukasana to matsyendrasana (seated spinal twist)? There are many times in yoga where you are asked to straighten your legs to their maximum; this class is all about folding and bending. Expect plenty of calf compression as these poses are decongestants for the legs!
